Grape Salad
Years ago when my husband and I were living at Stanford for his first Master’s Degree, I met some of the most amazing women. I looked up to these women so much. I had one child at the time, and most of these women had multiple children while their husbands were going through grad school.
We had a tradition of getting together for a goodbye party when someone was moving. My husband graduated in December, so I got a solo party.

At this party I was gifted a photo book with all of the wonderful friends my daughter and I had made, as well as some of my friends’ favorite recipes. I have loved this book, and have kept it for 9 years now.
One of my favorite recipes I was given was this grape salad. It is such a great recipe for a get together or pot-luck. It’s delicious and everyone will rave about it. Try it out this weekend for all of your socially-distanced BBQs.

Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 2 bunches of grapes red or green
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- Brown sugar
- Granola
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar together with a hand mixer until well combined and fluffy. There should be no lumps.
- Fold in greek yogurt.
- Mix in grapes until covered.
- Before serving, top with sprinkles or brown sugar and your favorite granola. I used chocolate granola, but any flavor will do.
