Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 TBS vanilla
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 bag Ghiradelli Peppermint Bark Mix-Ins

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz block cream cheese
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside.
  2. 2In a microwavable bowl, melt butter and dark chocolate chips in 45 second intervals. Heat until completely melted.
  3. 3Add in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
  4. 4Add the dry ingredients and mix.
  5. 5Stir in the peppermint bark mix chocolate chips.
  6. 6Pour the brownie batter into the greased pan and make the cream cheese layer.

Cream Cheese Layer

  1. 7In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and egg until well combined.
  2. 8Place the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter and swirl into the brownie batter with a knife.
  3. 9Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the the cream cheese layer has some slightly golden spots.
  4. 10Let them cool completely before cutting into them. For a clean cut, use a plastic knife.
