Quick Cherry and Peach Crisp

For the Crisp

  • cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup butter divided
  • ½ tsp salt

For the Fruit

  • 2 cups fresh cherries pitted
  • 1 can peaches or 1 1/2 cups fresh
  • 3 TBS sugar
  • 2 TBS flour

Optional Toppings

  • Honey Greek yogurt
  • Honey
  • Ice Cream
  • Whipped Cream


  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Grease an 8x8 pan and set aside.
  • Combine flour. brown sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Gently stir in the oats. Set aside.
  • Drain peaches and dice them to match the size of your cherries. Fold in the flour and sugar.
  • Pour fruit in the bottom of the pan and sprinkle oat mixture on top.
  • Cut remaining 1/4 cup of butter into small squares and place on top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until fruit is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  • Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream, or my personal favorite- honey greek yogurt with an extra drizzle of honey.
